Home brewing is an art. Like any other form of art when you first start the results are part of the process of becoming a better artist. Time and knowledge combine to make the end result better every step of the way. There are very few hobbies I know of that finish with the benefits of home brewing, Great Beer with Low Cost and variety that would make most pubs envious.
